"First - let me share that I am a Baby Boomer and a bit challenged by computers and the new technologies. But, I also love computers and want to learn more about them. I contacted Good Memory so that they could evaluate my 10 year old laptop and install a new Ring Doorbell. The Tech Service Specialist contacted me immediately and provided me with a (very reasonable) quote for these services. I had checked with other competitors and found that Good Memory was the most reasonably priced and was very accommodating when scheduling the work. On the service date, The Tech Service Specialist (Patrick Franklin)arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised to find that he talked to me as he evaluated my computer - he did several updates for me (which improved my computer's performance and security) and gave recommendations on small changes (new mouse/keyboard) which have made a big difference. The new Ring doorbell installation was also done professionally and he patiently walked me through the settings and I've been overjoyed with it since. Patrick was very patience and made things easy to understand (even for me). He was also extremely knowledgeable and this team is top-notch (honestly, a better experience than other well-known competitors). His attention to detail was much appreciated.
